4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix together well. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 jar maraschino cherries, split
1 c. sugar
Red food coloring
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook above ingredients on low heat until thickened. Spread on top of potatoes.
