TEX - MEX (Fast & Easy!) 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (17 oz.) can corn, drained
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2-3/4 c. minute rice, optional thickness
Shredded Cheddar cheese

In a large skillet fry hamburger, drain fat. Combine all the above ingredients except cheese and simmer on low for approximately 15 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Optional (peppers and hot sauce) ! Serves 4-6.

Very easy and delicious. Needed salt and pepper added during cooking. I served it over Jasmine rice, which was better than the quick cook variety.
