SWISS STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2-2 lb. round steak, cubed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 soup can water
1/2 c. reg. rice, uncooked

Brown steak, celery and onion in oil. Add soups, water and rice. Bake in uncovered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
