BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can tomato paste
1 c. grated cheese
5 oz. pkg. noodles

Cook noodles according to directions on the package. Saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of fat until tender. Add ground round steak and continue cooking slowly until it loses its pink color.

Mix mushroom soup and milk; add to beef mixture. Add drained cooked noodles and tomato paste. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
