BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. round steak in cubes
2 c. raw rice
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water
1 tsp. soy sauce

Brown steak in oil. Put in large 9x13 inch casserole or pan. Add rice, celery, and onion. Mix soups, water, and soy sauce. Pour over meat, etc. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
