ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
1 lg. ground round steak
1 can chili with beans
1 pkg. corn chips
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and meat, season with salt and pepper. Add chili to meat mixture and heat. Arrange a layer of corn chips, a layer of meat-chili and a layer of grated cheese in buttered baking dish. Repeat layers and top with corn chips. Heat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. (Great recipe to experiment with your favorite spices). Yield: 6 servings.
