GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE (for 25) 
4 lb. ground round steak
4 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
2 (13 oz.) can pimentos, chopped
4 c. tomato paste
2 (14 oz.) cans chopped mushrooms & liquid
4 cans French style green beans
2 (1 lb.) pkg. crinkly noodles
Grated sharp cheese
Grated Romano cheese

Saute ground beef, onions and pepper in butter. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, A-1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Add chopped pimento and tomato paste. Mix to blend. Spoon into bowl and set aside.

Turn beans into skillet and add mushrooms with juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook noodles accordingly, butter 4 large shallow casseroles.

In bottom of dish arrange layer of noodles, top with green beans and mushrooms and finally meat mixture. Cover with cheese and sprinkle with grated Romano cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
