I just tried this recipe and OMG very good, glad I ran up on it. I made it as a dessert for my family. I added an extra egg. I used 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup oil and 2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract... Love this recipe! Will be doing it again. Thanks :)

Very easy recipe, tastes good, had to add some milk because mix came out very dry, other than that not too bad

They turned out great. Only thing I did to make it better was to add vanilla.

You don't need vanilla. I just made them and they came out great.

Easy and good recipe. Second time around I added another 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of flour, two eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla. Used electric mixer until fluffy and creamy. Awesome!!! :-)

I cut the recipe in half and added a little bit of brown sugar and also almond extract. They turned out excellent. I always make my cookies from scratch and they turned out good.

OMG thanks for the tips guys, very helpful cause I love cooking for the kids in my class so and more great tips or recipes let me know. I also like to eat the cookie dough... just don't eat too much!

I love this recipe. I have many years trying sugar cookie recipes that won't spread and make a mess out of them. This is the one to go for. It's easy and fast and you could even add peanut butter and make PB cookies or add jelly and a little more sugar and flour to make jelly cookies!

I tried the recipe with the extra egg and some vanilla. It came out great, but tasted even better when I topped them with Nutella!

It needed a cup and a half of sugar, 1 cup was just not quite enough (for me). I also used two eggs.
