HOMEMADE KETCHUP 
4 quarts tomatoes
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. salt
2 cups vinegar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 stick cinnamon
3 cups sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Put all ingredients together (except cornstarch) and boil for 1 hour, then put through sieve (strainer). Replace on stove and bring to a boil, then add cornstarch (to water first) or as much to thicken as you like. Bottle and seal.
