HAM CHOWDER 
1 pkg. broccoli
2 cans mushroom soup
5 c. water
1 can whole kernel corn
2 c. chopped ham
2 shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
Pepper to taste
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook first 7 ingredients until vegetables are tender. Mix milk and flour together. Add to chowder to thicken. Add cheese, stir to melt. Pepper to taste. Serve with cornbread.
