HERB CHEESE CROUTONS 
1 (13 oz.) pkg. sm. soft breadsticks
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Slice breadsticks with a serrated knife into 3/8 inch thick rounds.

Combine olive oil, melted butter and garlic. Drizzle over breadsticks, tossing to coat.

Combine Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and red pepper. Sprinkle over bread slices, tossing to coat.

Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Turn slices over and bake an additional 2-5 minutes until crisp, and golden brown.

Cool and store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks. Yield: 10 cups.
