THREE CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream chicken soup
6 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped pimento, drained
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and drain. Cook onion and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms, pimento, milk and basil. Simmer 5 minutes. Lay 1/2 noodles in 13 x 9 buttered dish - top with half each the sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, American cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers except last 2 cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining 2 cheeses and bake 2 minutes longer.
