ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can artichoke hearts packed in water, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise Almost 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 or 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella 1 or 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Salt, pepper and garlic to taste Mix all the above then put in casserole dish that will go in oven. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. |
