ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes in water (Mario)
2 sm. jars artichoke hearts
1 (7 oz.) can diced chili Ortega peppers (mild)
Mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese

Drain all artichokes well and cut. Add peppers. Spread a large amount of mayonnaise to cover. Then add a layer of Cheddar cheese. Microwave or put in oven at 350 degrees until it bubbles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
