ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. can artichoke hearts, drained and mashed
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. real mayonnaise
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Blend last five ingredients, then mix all well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thin crackers.
