SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PUFF 
1/2 lb. sausage
9 eggs
1/4 c. half cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 oz. Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage until brown. Drain. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl beat eggs 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cream and onion. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle sausage over egg mixture. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
