SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
8 oz. cream cheese or sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage

Let sausage come to room temperature. Melt cheese in a double boiler, mix Bisquick, cheese and sausage like biscuit dough. Make small balls size of a quarter, bake at 350 degrees until brown.
