SAUSAGE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. seasoned croutons
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (12 oz.) pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, browned and drained (I use "hot")
1 can mushrooms
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Spread croutons in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Layer sausage, mushrooms, and cheese. Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard. Pour over ingredients in pan and refrigerate overnight. Combine soup and milk, pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
