SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 c. minced onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans chicken with rice soup
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
8 oz. water

Brown sausage and pour off any excess grease. In a separate pan, brown onions and celery. Then add sausage, onions and celery and the rest of the ingredients together. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees.
