1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cocoa Krispies

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Blend butter and sugar thoroughly. Add egg and vanilla - beat well - stir in dry ingredients. Mix in Cocoa Krispies. Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 13 minutes. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen cookies, 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
