BAKED CHICKEN WINGS 
Chicken wings
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger

Split wings. Wash and dry. Melt butter in large pan. Mix together flour, sesame seeds, salt and ginger. Roll wings in butter, then in flour mixture. Set on waxed paper. Arrange in single layer, not touching. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You may freeze them. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature and broil 3-5 minutes until golden.
