MEAT PIE ROMA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 pkg. spaghetti mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can biscuits
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef; add green peppers. Stir in sauce mix, tomato paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Line greased Pyrex dish with biscuits pressed together to form crust. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over crust. Fill with half meat mixture - layer with cheese; add rest of meat mixture and cover with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. I use Parmesan cheese on crust.
