STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, sliced
1 3/4 c. chopped pecans

Stir gently until mixed. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3 inches, well greased, for 50-60 minutes.
