STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine remaining ingredients; add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool loaves in pans about 10 minutes; remove from pans and let cool completely on wire racks.
