CRANBERRY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 slices white bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cranberry sauce, whole or jellied
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. brown sugar

Combine meat, tomato juice and bread. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and egg. Roll into meatballs and brown in small amount of butter. Beat cranberry sauce with lemon juice and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour. This recipe can also be made into a meat loaf; pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
