CRANBERRY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. crackers, crushed
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 can tomato soup (diluted with water)
Cooked rice or noodles

Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Place in baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine cranberry sauce and tomato soup. Heat through. Add the meatballs and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
