CRANBERRY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup

In mixing bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Shape into small balls. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce and tomato soup in saucepan and heat. Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with toothpicks. Also good with rice or noodles.
