SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
CRANBERRY MEATLOAF
 
3 lbs. ground hamburger
1 sm. (3 1/2 oz.) Streits Potato Pancake Mix
2 c. ginger ale
1 c. ketchup

Follow directions on back of pancake box. Wait the 7 minutes. Add some garlic or garlic powder to taste. Then add the 3 pounds of meat (using both hands to mix well). Use 1/2 mixture to make 100 walnut size meatballs.

Bring to light boil 1 cup ketchup, 2 cups ginger ale, then add all the meatballs, cover and cook over low flame for 1 1/2 hours.

Using the balance of meat mixture, shape into logs and place in greased pyrex dish.

Pour over the loaves (mixed together) : 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) tomato juice Drop of soy sauce

Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil, bake another 15 minutes. Wonderful for freezing.
