SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix ground beef, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, and half of tomato sauce. Form into loaf, wrap in foil and put into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Put remaining half of tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sugar, and mustard in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over meatloaf and bake another 10 minutes.
