SUPER SUPPER 
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. water
1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant potatoes
1 can vege-burger
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 can tomato sauce with tomato bits
1 can corn with sweet peppers, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced sharp cheese

In ungreased 2 1/2 to 3 quart shallow baking dish, blend sour cream and 1/2 cup of water. Stir in potato flakes, spread evenly in casserole. Brown burger and onion; stir in remaining water and the rest of the ingredients except cheese into burger mixture. Simmer. Spread over potato mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
