SUPER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in 9 inch layer pans. Cool. Split layers horizontally. Melt 1 1/2 packages chocolate in microwave or in saucepan over very low heat. Cool. Beat in softened butter.

Make chocolate curls from the remaining chocolate. Spread half of one cake layer with half of chocolate mixture, top with other half layer and half the Cool Whip. Repeat with other layers. Garnish with chocolate curls. Chill 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
