RANCH BACON AND CHEESE DIP | |
All of your favorite potato toppings in one delicious dip! 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature) 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream 5 strips of bacon, cut into pieces 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions, chopped 1 tbsp. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch seasoning mix Cook the bacon pieces until crisp, then remove to drain on a paper towel lined plate. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, green onions and Ranch seasoning until well combined. Fold in the bacon pieces and sprinkle with additional green onions for garnish. Serve with wavy potato chips, waffle fries, crackers, or fresh veggies. NOTE: Can also be used as a spread for sandwiches or wraps, or as a topping for baked potatoes, burgers, or grilled meats! Submitted by: Carol |
