CHEESE POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes (cooked and shredded) OR
12 squares of frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 can milk, optional
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Mix all together. Shred 2 cups cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
