ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
4 c. zucchini, sliced thin with skin on
2 med. diced onions
1/4 c. or little more butter
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (12 1/2 oz.) pkg. mozzarella shredded cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 can crescent rolls

Cook first seven ingredients 10 minutes in a skillet. Mix in the mozzarella cheese and eggs. Line 10 inch glass pie pan with crescent rolls. Pour in mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
