CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1/2 - 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3-4 sm. cans diced green chilies
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs

Place cheese, chilies, dry minced onion, salt and pepper in 9"x13" greased baking pan. Mix milk, flour and eggs in blender and stir well into cheese mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until set and browned. Serves 10 to 12.
