I've made this since I first saw it in the paper back in the 70's but somehow had lost all my copies of this. So glad to have found it here. This is the original. Super easy, quick and totally delicious!

I was looking for the original lowry's chile relleno casserole recipe and came across this recipe. I had been able yo have dinner at the Lowry's restaurant in LA years ago and had a serving of the casserole with my dinner. I don't remember it having pork in it. It was veggies, cheese, and topped with salsa as far as I remember.
