CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can Ortega chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1/2 lb. longhorn cheese
7 eggs
1 sm. can milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Grease a 9"x12" pan. One layer of chilies then 1 layer of grated Jack cheese then mix milk, eggs and flour; pour over chilies and cheese, then sprinkle the grated longhorn cheese then pour tomato sauces. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good hot or cold.
