CASSEROLE CHILES RELLENOS 
1/2 cup butter
1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
1 lb. Cheddar or Jack cheese, shredded
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup biscuit mix

Melt butter in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Arrange chilies in a layer. Cover with cheese.

Blend eggs, salt, milk and biscuit mix. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve with salsa and chips.

Makes 6-8 servings.
