OVERNIGHT CHICKEN | |
6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved 1 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. lemon juice 4 tsp. celery salt 2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. flavored bread crumbs 2 c. sour cream 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 garlic cloves, crushed Combine sour cream, juice, sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, pepper and chicken and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and place in shallow baking pan, spoon 1/2 cup butter over them. Bake at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Spoon rest of butter over chicken and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 10 - 12. |
