ITALIAN BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (or spinach)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion; drain well. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine beef, broccoli, soup and sour cream; season to taste. Pour into oiled 9x13 inch casserole; top with grated or sliced cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8 generously.
