ITALIAN BEEF FOR SANDWICHES | |
8 lb. chuck roast 6-8 green peppers Garlic salt 5 tsp. sesame seeds 1 tsp. oregano Sprinkle meat with garlic salt until white. Roast at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Shred meat. Chop peppers. Combine with seeds and oregano. Return to oven and roast slowly 5 hours more. Serve in buns. This freezes well. |
