HOT BEEF FOR SANDWICHES 
6 lb. boneless chuck
1 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (for 10-12 lbs. use 3 pkgs.)
1/2 c. water per 6 lbs.
2 tbsp. beef soup base
8 cloves garlic, chopped fine

Cook in crock pot for hours until very tender. Remove and shred with a fork. Reheat in juice.
