MOM'S BEEF SANDWICHES | |
4-5 lbs. beef brisket 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 bay leaf, crumbled 1/4 tsp. pepper Rub meat with salt and put in dish. Stir the rest of ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or more. Shred and serve with buns. |
