LINEBACK BARBECUE BEEF
SANDWICHES
 
1/2 lb. thin sliced roast beef slices
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
6 hoagie buns or French bread rolls
1/4 c. green pepper strips
6 American singles cheese slices, cut in half

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine meat, barbecue sauce and peppers. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Fill rolls with meat mixture and processed cheese slices; wrap in foil. Bake 10 minutes. Makes 6 sandwiches.
