SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr, Lipton, Mrs. Grass, etc.)

Thaw and squeeze until dry. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill 2-3 hours. Stir before serving.
