SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed spinach
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 env. (Lipton or Knorr) dry vegetable soup mix

1 (8 oz.) can drained water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. apples, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green and reg. onions, radishes
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese

Squeeze all water out of spinach. Add sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, Lipton soup mix. Mix well. Add any options of your choice. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Stir before serving.

(Goes great with cut-up pieces of homemade bread!) For heartier dip, try 2 envelopes dry soup mix.
