1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 env. Lipton Country Vegetable Soup
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped

Thaw spinach, drain. Mix together all ingredients. Make 1 hour before serving.
