RED BEANS AND SAUSAGE 
1 lb. red beans
1 med. onion
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. sausage
3 qts. water
1/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. chili powder

Boil. Cook for 3 hours.
