RED BEANS AND SAUSAGE 
1 pkg. sausage
1 can red beans
1 or 2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add sliced sausage to steam. Mix all other ingredients. Add enough water to cover. (I use one can of water). Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper, and red pepper to taste. Let simmer for 1 hour after bringing to a boil. Serve over rice.
