RED BEANS AND RICE WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lb. hot links
1 sm. bag dry red beans
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste

Cook beans as directed until tender; cook rice and set aside. Chop and saute onion and green pepper; drain. Slice sausage into 1/2" pieces; add onion, pepper and sausage to beans. Add all other seasonings. Simmer at least 1 hour. Serves 8.
